The Bureau’s Mission is:
To champion the development and use of standards, conformity assessment systems as enshrined in the Act and in a commercially efficient manner so as to ensure the highest levels of consumer protection and safety; and contribute to the international competitiveness of Trinidad and Tobago. This shall be achieved in a manner that fully leverages our core competencies and ensures the welfare of our employees and other stakeholder groups.
